If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to explain yourself in detail, if the pack isn't right for your business, tell us and we'll refund it.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles returns and refunds on our behalf.
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or the order reference on your receipt.
- Or write to us on the contact page and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Your bank usually reflects the money within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the card issuer.
After a refund
Once a Draft Pack is refunded, access to the reports and downloads included in that pack ends. Anything you have already downloaded remains yours to keep.
